APIGENIN (from MATRICARIA CHAMOMILLA LEAF EXTRACT)

Apigenin is a flavonoid naturally found in Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla leaf extract), vegetables, fruits, and medicinal plants. It is known for its numerous health benefits, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anticancer properties. Studies have shown that apigenin also have antianxiety, antidepressant, and sleep-promoting effects, as well as supporting immune function and improving cognitive function.

Apigenin increases testosterone production. Testosterone is a crucial hormone for both men and women, supporting muscle growth, bone health, fat loss, energy levels, libido and overall vitality. Studies suggest that apigenin plays a role in testosterone synthesis and blocks signaling of testosterone repressing proteins. Further, the apigenin-induced increase in testosterone levels can also help promote muscle mass gain. This may help with muscle growth, strength and energy levels.

Apigenin may also increase testosterone by inhibiting aromatase.
